Hair care and wellness products ship within the United States (contiguous 48 states). Standard shipping is $7.99 per order with an estimated delivery of 5–7 business days. Rates and timing are confirmed at checkout based on your address.
Frozen products
Caribbean Style Beef Pies are sold frozen and ship with insulated packaging. Frozen shipping is $24.99 per order with an estimated delivery of 1–2 business days with insulated packaging. If frozen items are unavailable for online checkout, please contact us and we will help you complete your order.
Taxes
Product prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns and refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
